More InformationKawase Shinobu began his training in a studio near Tokyo where his grandfather and father made Chinese-style blue-and-white and polychrome enamel porcelains. He is particularly inspired by the Song dynasty celadon-glazed porcelain wares that he studied at the National Palace Museum in Taiwan.
